REFUND &
RETURN POLICY

We take pride in our food and service, but we understand issues may arise. Our refund and return policy is as follows:

 

Dine-In Orders:

    •    If there is a concern with your meal, please inform a manager immediately so we may address the issue while you are still on-site.

    •    Refunds or replacements are issued only if the food is returned uneaten and the concern is valid (e.g., wrong item, undercooked, or quality issue).

 

Takeout & Delivery Orders:

    •    Claims for incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items must be made within 1 hour of pickup or delivery.

    •    A photo of the food or item in question may be requested for verification.

    •    We do not offer refunds for orders that were accurate but not to personal taste preferences.

 

Deposits & Event Reservations:

    •    Deposits for private events, catering, or large party reservations are non-refundable unless canceled with at least 72 hours’ notice.

    •    Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund at management’s discretion.
